Progress Report

Many readers who follow Darryl Branthwaite’s regular fishing article “Top Spots” in the Gladstone Observer would have received an update on the jetty proposed for the Boyne River near the existing Bray Park boat ramp.

Construction is underway and the Pontoon is due to be completed Mid May 2008.

This jetty will have great benefits for our local fishing enthusiasts and the boating public and Council congratulates the Boyne Tannum Hook Up Committee for their ongoing efforts on this project.
