Booking a Council Park
Although there are in excess of 30 parks and open space areas throughout the Shire, many are local parks that service the various local neighbourhoods and are not listed on this site.
The parks listed below are considered the major public open space venues that provide a range of services, and can be booked for functions such as Wedding Ceremonies, sporting and community events and other large gatherings.
It is recommended that you contact our Parks Section prior to lodging a booking to ensure the Park is available. Further information can be obtained by contacting Council’s Parks and Recreation Section on (07) 4975 8100 or email us.
